WELCOME TO THE FLEMING PARKING AND LOCKER SERVICES PORTAL

Manage parking permits, violations, appeals, and locker rentals in one secure location.

Use your Fleming credentials to access the system. For username or password assistance, contact the IT Help Desk at 705-749-5530 ext. 4111 (Option 1).

Students & Employees

Students and employees can log in to manage personal and vehicle information, register vehicles, and purchase parking permits. Only authorized vehicles are permitted in campus parking areas.

Please have your licence plate and vehicle details ready before starting. Permits are non-transferable; however, a second household vehicle may be registered if required.

3rd Party Staff, Contractors, Vendors & Visitors

Food service, custodial, security, bookstore staff, contractors, vendors, and visitors must contact the Service Hub to create an account.

Pay-Per-Use Parking

Available to all campus users without a permit. Payment options include:

• Scan QR codes located in designated parking lots
• Use the parking kiosk located at the entrance of the college

ParkAdmin is a third-party hosted solution provided under contract between Fleming College and Tomahawk Technologies. The system complies with the Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act, Fleming College Appropriate Use Policy, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards.
